The ChainGanG "Recycle a Bike" Program needs your used bikes. Children joining this club will learn how to repair and maintain bicycles and will get to participate in our earn-a-bike program. Low Impact Walk - Same Program New Location!
Tuesdays & Thursdays at the Martinsville YMCA located on Starling Avenue.
12:00 p.m.
15 minute group walk for those beginning their journey to active lifestyles. 
Has your doctor prescribed walking as a part of your daily activity? If so, join us for a slow paced low impact walk on the elevated walking track at the YMCA. Activate has partnered with the YMCA to use their facility from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for free to Low Impact Walk participants. Set your pace, set your distance. Prizes will be given away quarterly.

Historic Walk
Historic Walk and Talk is a one hour guided walking tour hosted by Activate, Martinsville Uptown Revitalization Association and Martinsville-Henry County Historical Society. Learn about historic points of interest in Uptown Martinsville as Activate staff will teach you five walking mistakes to avoid.
